Privacy

Short version: this site tracks nothing, and the recordings are treated as your customers' data, because that is what they are.

A note on this page

This describes current practice accurately and in plain English. It has not yet been through a formal legal review, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.

This website

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request leaves for a font provider when you load a page. We collect nothing beyond aggregate page counts, which are not tied to an individual.

The contact form

What you type into the contact form is used to answer you and nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass your details to anyone.

Your customers' phone numbers

A phone number reaches us to place a call and is used for nothing else. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to call on behalf of a different brand. A customer who asks not to be called again is suppressed by number, immediately and permanently, across every campaign you run. Our calling policy sets out the rest.

Call recordings

Calls are recorded so they can be measured, and because a customer who corrected their address needs to be able to prove they did. The recordings are yours. We use them to run your agent and to produce your measurement report, and for nothing else: not to train a third-party model, not as an example for another customer, not in marketing material.

Before a recording is measured, the phone number attached to it is converted to a one-way code, so the number itself never enters a call record or appears in a report.

Retention and deletion periods are yours to choose, agreed in writing before the first call goes out, and recordings can be deleted on request.
